Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LedgerAI.pro platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

LedgerAI.pro is an accounts receivable automation platform that integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We provide invoice delivery, payment reminder automation, online payment processing, and dashboard reporting tools.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the service on behalf of your organization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LedgerAI.pro only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Exceed API rate limits or attempt to overload the system

4. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership of your business data, including invoices, customer records, and payment information. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services (Microsoft, Stripe, SendGrid).

7. Limitation of Liability

LedgerAI.pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will provide 30 days to export your data. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
